The attendance of a Hender Careers Consultant can add significant support to this process through the provision of one-on-one or group support and counselling to employees affected.

Career Centres
There are often many instances where there are large numbers of employees involved in a restructure who have to continue their employment up to a certain date.
In these cases, Hender Careers are able to establish on-site Career Centres where we provide one-on-one sessions and / or workshops for employees who are impacted by the pending change.
