Robert has specialties in career transition and executive coaching, with a career spanning 20+ years in workplace leadership and HR Management. An integral part of the Hender Careers team since 2009, Robert's coaching is client centred and results focused, engaging participants and providing a strategic framework for success.

Robert has experience coaching in national change management programs for large iconic name corporations. He is able to quickly establish rapport and connect with individuals and groups to facilitate development and growth.

With qualifications in leadership coaching and HR Management. Robert is also qualified in Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centred Coaching approach and experienced in utilizing a variety of psychometric profiling tools and 360° feedback methodologies. His memberships include AHRI and CDAA.

Robert is committed to building community with involvement at board level with NGOs and supporting events for his children's schools. He also enjoys and is involved in improvised performance.
