Patrick brings over 30 years experience in a range of executive level positions to his role at Hender Careers. An experienced General Manager with post graduate qualifications in management, Patrick commenced his career in agribusiness and then transitioned into a number of senior roles within the services industry, initially as State Manager SA with the Spotless Group, and then as General Manager Corporate Development with Challenge Recruitment Australia. Patrick also held senior roles with the Service to Youth Council before commencing his own consulting business in 2004.

Patrick's focus is on helping get people into employment and enhance their employability - through training, counseling and coaching. Patrick works with people individually and in group environments, initiating and managing programs and activities to connect people and opportunities. With an extensive network of corporate contacts across a range of industries, Patrick has great expertise establishing and building on relationships, both individual and organisational.

With a contemporary knowledge of the training and employment landscape, Patrick is able to identify and develop effective solutions for clients. He is compassionate, pragmatic, and adaptable. Patrick relates well to people of all 'walks of life' and has excellent communication skills, thus facilitating a successful reputation as a consultant and coach.
