Monique is an experienced HR Business Partner and Provisional Organisational Psychologist who, this year, joined Hender Careers following intensive work with GM Holden, in their Transition Centre. Her specialist areas include career transition, staff development, change management, competency framework design, assessment, training and workshop facilitation. She has liaised with staff at all levels including Management, CEOs and Company Directors to support them, and their staff, to reach strategic and developmental goals.

A highly engaging, positive and empathetic person, Monique has worked with individuals across diverse sectors both public and private including financial services, telecommunications, information technology, defence, government and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in coaching individuals in leadership and management skills.

Additionally, Monique has specific experience in facilitating assessment centres, behavioural interviewing, conflict resolution, leadership development and strategic planning.

However, Monique's special interest is in the facilitation of Corporate Wellness and Resilience Workshops. Work in this area has included the training of Mental Health Awareness for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation during Mental Health Week in 2015. Workshops for the Department of Education, the Bureau of Meteorology, Department of Archives, Access Pay, AMEO, Department of Premier and Cabinet, amongst others, have incorporated Wellness, Resilience, Mental Health Awareness and positive motivational training.
